Madame Rouge
Real Name: Laura De Mille

Bio:
Laura De Mille was a popular French actress until an automobile accident gave her a severe bipolar disorder. She consented to an operation that would extract the evil part of her soul, but the surgery was performed by Monsieur Mallah and guided by the brain, so most, but not all, of the good in her was extracted.

The Brotherhood of Evil's only female member, Madame Rouge was a talented disguise artiste and also had an elastic body given to her by the Brain.

She was eventually killed long after involvement in the deaths of the original Doom Patrol, her life ending in a complicated confrontation between a new Brotherhood and the Titans. Her daughter Gemini recently tried to revenge herself on Changeling, one of those Titans.

Notes:
Mme. Rouge tells her origin and reveals her real name to Niles Caulder while under hypnosis in Doom Patrol (vol. 1) #112.
Resurrected and becomes a Black Lantern in Blackest Night (2009) #3.
